Heirloom Fine Art Pricing

The Process

An Heirloom Fine Art piece is a collaboration. It begins with a conversation about your connection to the heirloom itself, loved ones, memories, how the piece was used and why it holds a special place in your heart. All subjects in my Heirloom Fine Art pieces are quite literally hand painted with light in multiple timed exposures then blended in layers in the post process to bring out every detail in the highlights, mid tones and shadows.

My goal is to create images that shows not only the richness, detail and inherent beauty of the heirloom itself but also celebrates the unique textures, patina, bumps and bruises that reflect the years of use in its service to you and family. To that end we may discuss any display ideas or particular look or style you might have in mind as well as composition, number of subjects, background elements etc.

How Pricing is determined

Every Heirloom Fine Art piece is unique and presents its own set of creative choices which may include the number of subjects or supporting elements in a composition, whether you're interested in wall art, albums or folio displays. In effort to keep it a simple as possible, I charge a 1 time creative fee of $350 for a composition of up to 3 subjects on a custom textured background such as shown below. This would include creation of a print master and lab file but not printing costs.

Additional Subjects

After the initial $350 creative fee is met, any additional single subject pieces can be created for $50 each. These can be stand alone prints as seen in the first two below or combined like the last one. $50 x 3 = $150.

Additional Single Subject $50. each

$50. each

Cost after initial creative fee $150.

Yes, we can do it! Rosie the Riveterâ„¢ is a tribute to the women who worked in factories and shipyards during World War II. Her fully double flowers bloom in deep orange-gold and pink with a moderate fruity & spice fragrance. A hardworking rose to remind us of hardworking women!
